Alice In Wonderland's "Almost Alice" Tracklisting Announced
Okay, since when is the new Alice In Wonderland movie a scenesation? Myspace Music recently announced the tracklisting for the sure-to-be-cult classic's soundtrack entitled Almost Alice and the majority of the bands should seem very familiar to the average Buzznet user.
And I'm not so sure I'm okay with that. It's not that I dislike some of the bands (although seriously, how have Metro Station and Avril Lavigne not given up yet?) because there are some songs I'm kind of excited about (Robert Smith, Motion City Soundtrack, and who's not curious about the Mark Hoppus/Pete Wentz collab?). But I just don't see how this music will fit with the movie. I've been pretty excited to see Tim Burton's take on Alic In Wonderland, but I've got to be honest - the soundtrack makes me a little nervous.
The album will be released March 2nd.
